Refund policy

First, we would like to thank you for purchasing our products; however, we do not accept purchase returns or provide refunds. however, we will provide replacements for products that may be damaged.

To be eligible for a replacement you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll communicate with you via email to acknowledge the replacement and once we have sent the replacement out. Please understand that all products are made by hand and need time to cure in order to give you the best quality.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
At this time there are no exceptions with regards to returns. 
Also, we cannot accept returns/replacement for sale/discounted items or gift cards.
